They say opposites attract and in the case of Pay Transparency we dare to venture that this is true – fair pay and business value really do come together like a match made in heaven. It is a widespread fear that pay transparency will be an HR compliance nightmare. With this panel discussion we wish to challenge that notion and demonstrate how pay transparency can be turned into business value and even a competitive advantage when handled correctly and up front. We have gathered some of the brightest minds in the Nordic Reward space to discuss how owning your narrative will turn compliance into competitive advantage and what it will take to get there.
Jon is known throughout the European Reward space for his outgoing personality, lighthearted manners and not least his broad expertise within the fields of Rewards / C&B and Pay Transparency.
