As the SVP | Head of People & Culture at KMD, one of Denmark's leading IT and software companies, I lead a passionate and talented team of 70 professionals who are responsible for driving the people, culture, communication, and marketing functions. I have over 15 years of experience in HR, spanning different industries such as tech, e-commerce, FMCG, energy, and shipping.

My core competencies include leadership development, strategic communication, corporate branding, change management, and digital transformation. I have applied my HR toolbox in different settings and in different economic climates, delivering impactful results and enabling business growth and innovation. Some of my achievements include establishing a global commercial function at Carlsberg, leading a major re-organization and agile transition at Ørsted, and scaling up the people and culture function at Hobbii, the fastest-growing company in Denmark. I am passionate about creating fun and inclusive work environments where people develop and reach for the stars.
