Throughout my career, I’ve led 100+ PR projects, organized 30+ international events across Denmark, Ukraine, Germany, and Poland, and launched initiatives that connect teams across borders. Outside of work, I’m President of Frederiksberg Toastmasters, where I help others build confidence and find their voice in public speaking.

With more years than I care to count in media and communication, I lead the global communication team at Cytiva, a life sciences company that provides solutions for the biopharma industry. Every day, we aim to deliver lively, high-quality, and relevant messages that resonate with our internal and external stakeholders, and showcase our company's vision, values, and impact. My core competencies include media strategy, content development, video production, and podcast creation. It delights me to find and tell compelling stories that highlight the human side of science and innovation. My latest work endeavor is the Discovery Matters podcast, where Conor McKechnie and I interview experts, customers, and partners about the challenges and opportunities in the life sciences sector.
