She is the Internal Communication Manager at Sorainen, the biggest law firm in the Baltic States where she has built the IC function from scratch over the past 4 years. Her daily workflow includes everything from managing and further developing our intranet, organising management communication, supporting all our internal teams in their internal communication efforts as well as consulting on any change-related projects in the organisation. She has a Master’s degree in Change Management and she is currently working on finishing my degree in Organisational Behaviour.
