Franka Loeve is the corporate lead of HR analytics, data science & innovation at NN Group. She has extensive experience in conducting proof of concepts in the field of digital innovation and AI within HR. She has a background in mathematics and a PhD degree and she has significant experience with digital transformation and data science projects within HR. She is always enthusiastic about new technological developments and know how to simplify complex matters. Together with her team, Franka also knows how to create the conditions for the practical implementation of HR analytics.
